Extended downtime weekend: Banner INB, Minerva from July 11 to 12.

IT Services is preparing for a required upgrade to Banner INB and Minerva, the University's administrative system for student records and finance. Upgrading our systems on a regular basis is a fundamental activity that ��VR��Ƶ does to ensure we get the most functionality and security out of our tools and systems.

The downtime for the upgrade is scheduled to start on Saturday, July 11, 6:00 PM and end on Sunday, July 12, 3:00 PM.

Service Interruption: Work Study Employer Subsidization Service

Banner Maintenance Notice

Emergency maintenance will be performed on the Banner system this evening 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. to address an issue and ensure continued service reliability.

During this maintenance window, Banner services will be unavailable or experience intermittent disruptions. Users are encouraged to save their work and log out of Banner before the maintenance begins.

RESOLVED: Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat – Unable to submit prompts error message

Microsoft is currently investigating an issue affecting Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. Some users may be unable to submit prompts and may receive a "Something went wrong" error.

Microsoft has implemented a fix and service recovery is in progress. Some users may continue to experience intermittent issues until recovery is complete.

Original announcement (published Friday, April 10, 2026): ��VR��Ƶ websites are loading very slowly for users off campus due to a technical issue. ��VR��Ƶ users are advised to use the Virtual Private Network (VPN) until this is resolved.

What this means for current ��VR��Ƶ app users:

As of May 4, 2026, the ��VR��Ƶ mobile app will no longer be updated or available to download.
If you currently use the app, please uninstall it from your device(s).

��VR��Ƶ services currently accessed through the app will continue to be available through ��VR��Ƶ’s web-based platforms.
