IT Services will upgrade ��VR��Ƶ’s Data Center firewall on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.

This change is not expected to impact Internet access. However, users may experience brief interruptions when accessing systems hosted in the ��VR��Ƶ Data Center.

This upgrade is part of an ongoing initiative to replace end-of-support firewall infrastructure, enhancing security and ensuring more reliable access to ��VR��Ƶ applications and services.

Extended downtime weekend: Banner INB, Minerva from July 11 to 12.

IT Services is preparing for a required upgrade to Banner INB and Minerva, the University's administrative system for student records and finance. Upgrading our systems on a regular basis is a fundamental activity that ��VR��Ƶ does to ensure we get the most functionality and security out of our tools and systems.

The downtime for the upgrade is scheduled to start on Saturday, July 11, 6:00 PM and end on Sunday, July 12, 3:00 PM.

Service Interruption: Work Study Employer Subsidization Service

Banner Maintenance Notice

RESOLVED: Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat – Unable to submit prompts error message

Microsoft is currently investigating an issue affecting Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. Some users may be unable to submit prompts and may receive a "Something went wrong" error.

Microsoft has implemented a fix and service recovery is in progress. Some users may continue to experience intermittent issues until recovery is complete.

If you currently use the app, please uninstall it from your device(s).

��VR��Ƶ services currently accessed through the app will continue to be available through ��VR��Ƶ’s web-based platforms.
