成人VR视频鈥檚 Department of Food Science and Agricultural Chemistry is celebrating an outstanding achievement by its students: all three 成人VR视频 teams entered into this year鈥檚 Institute of Food Technologists Student Association (IFTSA) competitions have been selected as finalists. The teams will represent 成人VR视频 at the IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo in Chicago in July 2026鈥攐ne of the largest and most influential gatherings in the global food science community.

Each competition is highly competitive, with only six teams selected as finalists from an international pool of entries. Being named finalists across three separate competitions highlights the depth of talent, creativity, and technical skill of 成人VR视频鈥檚 food science students.

The finalist teams include:

• IFTSA & Mars Product Development Competition (sponsored by Mars Wrigley):
  Cole Arnold, Zachary Aubin, Blanche Babin, Catherine Kowalczyk, Jacqueline Lau, Cynthia Su, Lorelai Vela Cardoso, and Samuel Uline

• Developing Solutions for Developing Countries Product Development Competition (sponsored by Cargill):
  Deniz Cinar, Sabrina Cohen, Farida Khedr, and Nam Vo

• Smart Snacks for Kids Product Development Competition (sponsored by IFTSA):
  Daphne Lauren Bernardo, Dorothea Han, Yousif Hujaij, and Asha King

Through these competitions, students are challenged to apply classroom learning to real-world problems鈥攆rom creating nutritious, kid-friendly snacks to designing food solutions that address global food security. Working under industry-style constraints and feedback, the teams gain hands-on experience that prepares them for careers in food innovation and product development.

Traveling together to Chicago, the students will have the opportunity to showcase their ideas to industry leaders, connect with global food companies, and represent 成人VR视频 on an international stage. Their continued success in reaching final rounds reinforces 成人VR视频鈥檚 strong reputation for producing future鈥憆eady graduates in food science.
