When to Apply

Applications open on July 1st for the upcoming academic year聽

• The earlier, the better!聽Get access to more job postings聽-聽submit聽your application聽in July聽to聽receive your decision by the beginning of the Fall term.听聽Applications are accepted聽all year聽on a rolling basis.听
• Reapply聽each academic year.聽You can only聽submit聽one application in Minerva per academic year (if your circumstances change, please聽work.study [at] mcgill.ca (email the Work Study team)).听

How to Apply

1. Check your聽eligibility.听
2. Apply in聽Minerva:
   • Select the聽Financial Aid/Awards聽tab, then the聽Financial Aid Menu聽
   • Select聽Apply for 成人VR视频 Financial Aid, then聽Apply to Work Study聽
   • Update your financial aid profile聽and click聽submit!聽

View Your Application Status/Decision聽

1. Log in to鈥疢inerva.
2. Select the鈥疐inancial Aid/Awards鈥痶ab and then the鈥疐inancial Aid Menu.听
3. Under聽Apply for 成人VR视频 Financial Aid, click on鈥疺iew status.听聽If approved,聽you鈥檒l聽see a聽Work Study confirmation letter聽which can be printed or saved as a pdf聽and provided to prospective employers.听聽This letter is valid for 30 days and includes聽your聽approved work start and end dates. The letter can be reproduced as needed.听聽
